Q:
What is Kerbango Internet Radio?
A:
The Kerbango TM stand-alone Internet radio allows you to listen to thousands of audio streams from around the world. To use Internet radio, you must have broadband Internet service, which can be via an external cable modem, external digital subscriber line (DSL) modem, office (LAN) connection, or external integrated services digital network (ISDN) modem with an Ethernet port.

Q:
What will I need to get started?
A:
You will need an Internet radio, a power supply (5V DC), 183-cm (6-ft) RJ-45 Ethernet cable, a "Getting Started Guide, and an "Installation Guide." You will also need an external cable modem, external DSL modem, or external ISDN modem with an Ethernet port, and a cable, DSL, office LAN, or ISDN Internet connection. It is recommended that you use a home gateway or hub. You can use your Internet radio without a home gateway or hub, but using a home gateway or hub enables you to have your computer and your Internet radio connected to the Internet at the same time.

Q:
What do I do if my Internet radio will not connect to any audio streams?
A:
Verify that the Ethernet cable is securely plugged into the Ethernet port on your Internet radio and into your modem, gateway, or hub. Then try to connect to an audio stream. Also verify that you are using an RJ-45 Ethernet cable.
